Build something that lasts.</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a high-impact <strong>Parts Account Manager</strong> to take ownership of customer relationships and drive growth across a defined territory.</p> <p>This is not an order-taker role—this is a build, expand, and win opportunity for someone who thrives on developing business, influencing customers, and creating long-term value.</p> <p>You’ll represent Mid-South Equipment, a leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative backed by Meriton, a national alliance of best-in-class HVAC companies delivering equipment, service, and lifecycle solutions across more than 25 states.</p> <p>With deep local relationships and the backing of a national platform, you’ll have the tools, expertise, and support to grow your territory while delivering real impact for your customers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></p> <p><strong>Account Growth &amp; Development</strong><br>• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts<br>• Identify and close new parts opportunities across your territory<br>• Expand share-of-wallet through proactive engagement and solution selling<br>• Build multi-level relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users</p> <p><strong>Market Presence &amp; Sales Execution</strong><br>• Be the face of the parts business in your market<br>• Drive OEM and aftermarket parts sales through consultative, value-driven selling<br>• Stay visible with consistent customer engagement and jobsite presence<br>• Leverage a broad portfolio of manufacturers and solutions to meet customer needs</p> <p><strong>Customer Experience &amp; Partnership</strong><br>• Deliver fast, accurate, and reliable support customers depend on<br>• Build long-term relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and expertise<br>• Act as a true partner—not just a vendor—through every stage of the customer lifecycle<br>• Advocate for your customers internally to ensure best-in-class execution</p> <p><strong>Pipeline &amp;
