We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a team environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual who actively contributes to the team’s success and ensures customer satisfaction and retention.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>· Supports customers by phone, email, and over the counter.</p> <p>· Promptly identify HVACR parts and equipment to process quotes &amp; orders.</p> <p>· Makes customers aware of product promotions.</p> <p>· May perform warehouse duties as needed.</p> <p>· Determines best method to resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services.</p> <p>· Report Inventory discrepancies.</p> <p>· Provides timely customer follow-up.</p> <p>· Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and business partners.</p> <p>· Maintains the showroom by keeping it clean and organized.</p> <p>· Provides friendly customer service.</p> <p>· Flexibility to work on-call as required.</p> <p>· Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.</p> <p>· Performs other duties as assigned</p> <p>The Required Profile</p> <p>· High school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>· Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p>· Prior Counter Sales experience.</p> <p>· Strong Computer skills.</p> <p>· Strong organizational and customer service skills.</p> <p>· Ability to prioritize and multitask.</p> <p>Other Skills/Abilities</p> <p>Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs. Reasoning Ability</p> <p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.</p> <p>Environmental Requirements</p> <p>Will be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field.</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
