You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. &nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity</li> <li>Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow.&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.&nbsp;</li> <li>Good communication and teamwork skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 1 or 2) is a plus but not essential.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School</li> <li>Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed</li> <li>Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
