<p><em><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun"><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">Launched in February 2026</span>, our newest location </span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">in Golden Valley, MN,</span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun"> is home to top local talent in behavioral health care. This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers will continue building our </span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">adolescent</span> <span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well-established clinicians and doctors working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade.</span></span></em><em><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun"> </span></span></em> </p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide clerical support for our patients. <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintains awareness of patients, visitors, and staff who are in the building. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Completes intake calls and schedules intake appointments. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Reaches out to families to schedule family therapy appointments and outpatient psychiatrist appointments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provides intake to new clients, verifying the accuracy of demographics, insurance, completion of forms and organizational data to be entered in the chart in a timely manner. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintains patient charts according to confidentiality standards and policy. Maintains all patient’s, visitor’s, and staff’s confidentiality according to HIPAA requirements and Compass policy. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Utilizes Electronic Medical Record system as needed to verify patient appointments and to schedule appointments for clinicians and/or outpatient psychiatrists with patients. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Obtains payment methods for program or outpatient appointments. Collects payments and issue receipts for outpatient psychiatry and/or therapist appointments rendered. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Opens and closes facility in a timely manner in accordance to procedure. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Performs clerical duties to ensure efficient operations of the center to include computers, office equipment, copiers, fax, scanner, postage equipment. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<p>Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, bringing passion, connection, and patient-centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP). Based in Chicagoland, we serve hundreds of patients every day, ranging from ages 5 through adulthood, in our onsite facilities or through our flourishing virtual programming. Compass fills a critical gap between outpatient and inpatient care through an intermediate level of Behavioral Healthcare.<em> </em> </p>
