<p><strong>Team:</strong> Enrollment Operations</p>
<p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Senior Enrollment Operations Manager</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> United States</p>
<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$30/hour</p>
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We’re seeking a Patient Growth Specialist to support the expansion of our virtual cardiac rehabilitation program. This role is highly conversion-driven and ideal for someone who excels in high-volume outbound calling, persuasive communication, and helping patients take action in a fast-paced healthcare environment.</p>

<p>You’ll be responsible for engaging prospective patients, clearly explaining program value, overcoming objections, and guiding individuals through enrollment and basic technical setup.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective patients</li>
<li>Engage patients in clear, empathetic conversations to drive enrollment into our virtual cardiac rehab program</li>
<li>Confidently explain program benefits, expectations, and next steps</li>
<li>Assist patients with mobile app downloads, account setup, and basic technical troubleshooting</li>
<li>Complete initial reminder outreach to confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows</li>
<li>Accurately document call outcomes, patient status, and next steps in internal systems</li>
<li>Meet or exceed daily call volume and enrollment targets</li>
<li>Partner closely with Enrollment Operations and Clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience</li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (required)</li>
<li>Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or high-volume call environments</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone</li>
<li>Comfort handling objections and motivating patients to take action</li>
<li>Ability to perform in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong technical aptitude and comfort helping patients navigate mobile apps and resolve basic tech issues</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Healthcare, digital health, or patient engagement experience</li>
<li>Business development, inside sales, or growth roles</li>
<li>Experience onboarding or enrolling users into programs or platforms</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRMs, power dialers, or patient management systems</li>
</ul>
