Combining strategic vision with hands-on expertise, Growe helps businesses navigate the fast-evolving industry, seize new opportunities, enter new markets, and achieve sustainable growth.</h5> <h5>Perfect for those who aim to:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams;</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to which payment method to enable/disable and which volumes to process on each;</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structure of each method;</p> </li> <li> <p>Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans;</p> </li> <li> <p>Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams;</p> </li> <li> <p>Report daily and weekly payments activities and issues to the Head of Operations;</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with the integration of new payment providers/methods;</p> </li> <li> <p>Suggest product/flow improvements (e.g. validation fields, placeholders on forms);</p> </li> <li> <p>Handle requests from customer support;</p> </li> <li> <p>Test new payment methods integrations/deployments;</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner closely with the BI department to build, ensuring data-driven enhancements to all internal reporting and consistent tracking of critical business metrics.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>Experience you’ll need to bring:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years as a billing/payments manager/support or similar role in online payments;</p> </li> <li> <p>Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information;</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;</p> </li> <li> <p>Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners;</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services;</p> </li> <li> <p>Upper-Intermediate English proficiency;</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with the iGaming industry will be a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>It's a perfect match if you have those personal features:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Attention to details;</p> </li> <li> <p>Multitasking and quick task execution;</p> </li> <li> <p>Good level of communication skills;</p> </li> <li> <p>Team player skills;</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to make decisions independently.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>Our clients offer competitive benefits to support your professional and personal growth, including:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Health &amp; Wellness Focus;</p> </li> <li> <p>Global Medical Coverage;</p> </li> <li> <p>Growth Opportunities;</p> </li> <li> <p>Benefits Programs (compensation for the gym/stomatology/psychological service &amp; etc.);</p> </li> <li> <p>Performance-Driven Rewards;</p> </li> <li> <p>Dynamic Work Environment.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Apply, and let your growth journey begin.</p>
