Payments, Risk and Fraud Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced PRF Operations Specialist to join our Malta based team. iBet puts its players first and foremost in all that it does and we need someone with the determination to push operational excellence forward. With the fast growth of the business, we are growing our Operations team and are looking for a skilled individual that has an eye for identifying risk, loves the operational landscape, has knowledge of the gaming industry (sports, gaming, poker, betting) and is ready to support the Payments Operations Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Act as a point of reference for any escalations made by the internal operational teams
• Monitor daily volumes and guide the workforce to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met
• Assist management with monitoring the team's performance and assisting with monthly QA
• Ensure that current processes become increasingly more efficient and effective
• Review all high level escalations related to Payments, Fraud & Risk
• Adequately carry out all day-to-day Operational duties set out by management
• Keep the websites payments footer and payment pages up to date
• Be proficient and have a strong knowledge of internal software/platforms whilst keeping operational procedures up to date.
• Handling all incoming charge backs and keeping track of chargeback ratios across our brands
• Managing out of hours incidents and knowing what to do in time of crisis
• Taking care of incoming emails from Payment Service Providers and other external 3rd parties
• Handling ad hoc tasks such as unreconciled deposits and different operational reports
• Monitoring the withdrawal on hold que and making sure the Payments team are handling accounts correctly
• Assisting with monitoring of alerts related to Fraud and Bonus Abuse 
• In charge of processing large withdrawals.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to money transfers, missing deposits and missing withdrawals
• Other ad hoc departmental tasks as delegated to the Employee by the Management team

Your Experience:

• An awesome team player, eager to improve the Operations team
• You have 2 years experience with Payments, Risk and Fraud Operations
• Knowledgeable about online payments, gaming accounts, risk and fraud
• Knowledgeable on igaming processes related to KYC, AML & RG
• Good communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment
• A genuine interest in supporting people and finding creative solutions
• You have a positive can-do attitude and a flexible approach
• A strong interest in the gaming industry (sports, gaming, poker, betting)
• Understanding of counter-fraud, compliance, and/or AML would be a plus
