About the role
ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is a leading B2B services provider in Greece, with over 55 years of experience and 2,800+ people supporting businesses across industries through Outsourcing, HR Services, Consulting and Claims Management.
We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our Payroll Services team. You will work hands-on with payroll processes and support clients on day-to-day payroll and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and review payroll for clients across different sectors
- Maintain payroll records (leaves, absences, maternity, etc.)
- Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and clients
- Provide guidance on labor law, taxation and compliance
- Communicate with public authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE)
- Stay up to date with legislative changes and support clients proactively
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or payroll outsourcing
- Solid knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Epsilon Net, SoftOne)
- Good command of English
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
