We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team and oversee payroll operations across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.    About the Role  As Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services for all employee populations, including permanent, fixed-term, and freelance/intermittent employees. You will work closely with external payroll providers, HR teams, Finance teams, and managers to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance with local regulations.    Key Responsibilities data-aria-level="1">Support continuous improvement initiatives across payroll operations </li> </ul>   About You  <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field </li> <li>Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll coordination and administration, ideally within a multi-country or international environment </li> <li>Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations, social declarations, and labour law compliance </li> <li>Experience working with external payroll providers </li> <li>Knowledge of payroll systems; experience with SILAE is a plus </li> <li>Understanding of payroll reporting, controls, and accounting entries </li> <li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines </li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li> <li>Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) </li> </ul>  <div class="content-conclusion">HBS is committed
