<p><strong>Payroll Manager – 2,000+ Employee Organization</strong></p>
<p>LBAPS is seeking a highly organized Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large and growing workforce of over 2,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, process improvement skills, and experience managing high-volume payroll functions.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing</li>
<li>Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely payments</li>
<li>Develop and implement payroll automation initiatives</li>
<li>Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Oversee payroll-related audits and reporting</li>
<li>Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Payroll management experience required</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Experience with payroll systems and process automation</li>
<li>Ability to manage large-scale payroll operations</li>
</ul>
