<p>This role will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for a designated population of approximately 1,000 employees within our multi-state organization of 5,000 – and we’re still growing like weeds…pun intended! In addition to your core bi-weekly population, you’ll also own one small weekly payroll from start to finish.</p>

<p><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":647,"335559740":276,"469777462":[872,873],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[1,1]}"> • Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for your assigned bi-weekly payroll population of approximately 1,000 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing every cycle </span></p>

<p><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":647,"335559740":276,"469777462":[872,873],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[1,1]}">• Process and audit employee updates in Wurk (HRIS/payroll portal) related to compensation changes, job changes, transfers, garnishments/levies, and terminations </span></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":647,"335559740":276,"469777462":[872,873],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[1,1]}">• Resolve payroll discrepancies, process adjustments, and issue manual checks as needed </span></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":647,"335559740":276,"469777462":[872,873],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[1,1]}">• Provide excellent customer service in response to payroll inquiries </span></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":647,"335559740":276,"469777462":[872,873],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[1,1]}">• Respond to all related mailings in a timely manner </span></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":647,"335559740":276,"469777462":[872,873],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[1,1]}">• Support internal and external audits and fulfill reporting requests </span></p>

<h2><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h2>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• 3+ years of payroll experience required </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Experience processing payroll for non-exempt, hourly employees </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth organization </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Demonstrated understanding of multi-state wage and labor laws </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Advanced computer skills, including Excel </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Strong organizational and time-management skills – you can juggle multiple payroll cycles without dropping the ball </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally at all levels of the organization </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Experience using the following products, a plus: Kronos, Wurk, Greenhouse</span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">• Bachelor’s Degree preferred </span></p>
