About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist for the Italian market to manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, Italian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

What do you have to offer?

• Good command of Italian language

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Team Collaboration

Which tasks can you expect?

• Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and within deadlines

• Review attendance, overtime, leave balances, and timesheets for payroll accuracy
