Payroll Specialist, Cyprus

<div class="p-rich_text_section"> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p>You will join our payroll team and play a key role in strengthening our internal payroll expertise while helping us build clear, scalable processes across multiple locations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Challenges that await you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage payroll for 130–180 employees in Cyprus using a specialized payroll system</li> <li>Calculate taxes and social contributions accurately</li> <li>Prepare and submit payroll and tax declarations on time</li> <li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, deductions, and payments, explaining complex cases in a simple and clear way</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including People Partners and Recruiters, on non-standard payroll cases (contract changes, bonuses, relocations, part-time work, start/end dates, etc.)</li> <li>Manage processes with external providers: oversee employee assistance with individual tax declarations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
