How you make a difference
The Payroll System Administrator will manage and configure payroll systems such as UKG Pro and WFM to ensure efficient payroll processing. They will update pay logic configurations, ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws, and lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving payroll operations. The role also includes creating and maintaining payroll configurations for new groups, managing General Ledger Mapping, and collaborating with IT, HR, and Operations teams. Additionally, the administrator will oversee system testing, address Service Now tickets, and generate ad-hoc reports for the payroll department.
Key Responsibilities
- Update pay logic and payroll configurations, ensuring compliance with laws and changes in compensation structures.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve payroll processes and collaborate with teams in IT, HR, and Operations.
- Oversee system testing, including software upgrades and modifications, and manage General Ledger Mapping.
- Handle Service Now tickets, generate ad-hoc reports, and maintain the shared report repository for payroll needs.
- Administer UKG WFM Timekeeper and UKG Pro, including pay rules, pay groups, and HR employee change file imports.

Bachelor’s Degree
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years Payroll Processing experience
At least 2 years of direct exposure to System Administration functions within UKG WFM Timekeeper and UKG Pro software
