By collaborating with electrical engineering hardware teams and PCB/Assembly vendors, you will refine cutting-edge PCB stack-ups, ensuring optimal design quality. Your expertise in design constraints, component placement, signal routing, and design for manufacturability will be pivotal in overcoming key challenges like component miniaturization and signal integrity.</p> <h4 class="text-xl font-bold my-4">Responsibilities</h4> <ul class="list-disc list-inside my-4"> <li class="my-2">Design complex PCBs/FPCs integrating analog, digital, RF, camera, display, audio, sensors, and power charging components specifically for wearables.</li> <li class="my-2">Improve and optimize PCB/FPC design processes with hardware and PCB teams to ensure fabrication readiness.</li> <li class="my-2">Manage engagements with vendors and internal teams concerning placement, routing, DFM, and Gerber reviews to uphold design standards.</li> <li class="my-2">Develop and oversee comprehensive PCB documentation, including Gerber, ODB, BoM, and related drawings.</li> <li class="my-2">Collaborate with hardware engineers and document control to release fab and assembly packages into the PLM system while authoring ECOs.</li> <li class="my-2">Work with ECAD librarians to maintain and expand the ECAD library.</li> </ul> <h4 class="text-xl font-bold my-4">Minimum Qualifications</h4> <ul class="list-disc list-inside my-4"> <li class="my-2">Over 7 years of experience in PCB design using Cadence Allegro PCB Designer.</li> <li class="my-2">Expertise in designing Rigid, Flex, and Rigid-Flex boards, including HDI design and multilayer PCB techniques like blind/buried vias and microvias.</li> <li class="my-2">Proficiency in interpreting datasheets and schematics, generating netlists and constraints, and using schematics as a layout and routing reference.</li> <li class="my-2">Familiarity with PLM systems such as Agile and understanding of IPC, JEDEC, IEEE standards.</li> <li class="my-2">Skilled in applying layout design constraints for mixed/RF signal, high-speed signal impedance control, memory interfaces, power distribution, heat dissipation, and EMI optimization.</li> <li class="my-2">Proven ability to manage all facets of PCB design, focusing on the constraints and challenges of compact wearable devices.</li> </ul> <h4 class="text-xl font-bold my-4">Preferred Qualifications</h4> <ul class="list-disc list-inside my-4"> <li class="my-2">Over 10 years of experience with PCB layout design using Cadence Allegro.</li> <li class="my-2">Proven expertise in managing PCB design for high-volume consumer electronics.</li> <li class="my-2">Experience in designing cost-effective consumer electronics with compact PCB footprints.</li> <li class="my-2">Knowledge of EMC compliance and environmental safety standards.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>Delart provides competitive benefits and compensation across all regions where we operate.
