PCG Automation Developer (Python)

<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>As part of the Production Control Group Automation (PCGA), you will design and develop automation solutions to support production operations.</p> <p>This will involve creating dashboards/UI, test frameworks for functional tests, order-sending for pilot trading, AI/LLM-driven solutions along with other automation tools to improve observability, reliability and streamline the production control processes.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="351da5e8-1da7-44b3-8c06-9a92d220f9fb">Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.</li> <li data-uuid="8745b1ac-6236-4c71-a965-27b0f718e0c1">2-5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on experience in software development, tooling &amp; automation</li> <li data-uuid="61d35bbb-d4b1-428a-8817-74b43a212651">Proficiency in Python in a Linux-based environment.</li> <li data-uuid="6e8c988e-523d-48c6-a76d-76c269f932c1">Experience with UI/UX frameworks and best practices.</li> <li data-uuid="f91eaabc-537b-47bf-af9c-c05295bad344">Eagerness to continuously learn new technologies and develop with us.</li> <li data-uuid="a5208ff8-1cf8-455f-b558-a4326dd3a914">Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li data-uuid="6cce148a-24f8-4d09-b292-b86bf595c2e3">Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="3f3678ac-56e8-46ca-9633-2b4a4f2c3be4">Experience in the Capital Markets domain and Funds management.</li> <li data-uuid="dea43e81-b5be-400a-9a93-a7bf1c123a36">Knowledge of C++ and kdb+/q</li> <li data-uuid="bd7cfd5b-4ff3-4acb-bf4c-1c13706a7023">Experience with CI/CD practices.</li> <li data-uuid="90418462-dd9b-49a4-b999-3fc4d37babb9">Understanding of AI/LLM (tokené&amp;ization, prompts, etc.), frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) and tools (vector db, RAG pipelines)</li> </ul>
