About the role
Wildflowers Pediatric Therapy in Duncan, OK is seeking a motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This full-time position will be based at Duncan Public Schools, with support and collaboration from our clinic team.

Job Description/Full Time, Part Time
This is an opportunity for a therapist who wants to work with clients in a private practice setting with an amazing team! You will have the opportunity to work with the pediatric population and their families and will focus on the diagnosis and treatment of a range of neuro-developmental disorders. We encourage learning and development and offer a supportive, collaborative work environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS for Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Associate’s level degree in Occupational Therapy
- Oklahoma State License: COTA/L
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS the Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Experience working in outpatient pediatrics
- Experience working with clients with developmental disorders
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans designed by the occupational therapist
- Provide direct treatment to children in engaging developmental therapy activities
- Monitor and provide timely documentation of progress for each therapy session
- Provide feedback to the occupational therapist to adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate parents and caregivers on exercises and activities to continue therapy at home
- Follow compliance and ethical standards for best practice in pediatric occupational therapy
