Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Wildflowers Pediatric Therapy in Duncan, OK is seeking a motivated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This position is open to both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Job Description/ Full Time

This is an opportunity for a therapist who wants to work with clients in a private practice setting with an amazing team! You will have the opportunity to work with the pediatric population and their families and will focus on the diagnosis and treatment of a range of neuro-developmental disorders. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS for Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow

• Masters level degree in Speech Therapy.
• Oklahoma State License
• Must have Passed Praxis Examination
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS for Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow

• Experience working in outpatient pediatrics
• Experience working with clients with developmental disorders
• Additional preference for experience working in areas of: Feeding and AAC

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with physicians and other health care providers to confirm plans of care
• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions to pediatric patients with speech/communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing deficits.
• Advise family members and other supportive individuals about the level of care the patient needs
• Generate reports for patients and their physicians and families
