About the role

The People Analyst plays a key role in supporting the execution of core human resources processes, with a primary focus on Recruitment and Learning & Development.

Support the People & Development unit across training, recruitment, and people analytics. Focus on recruitment of teaching assistants and administrative positions, training programme coordination, and building the data infrastructure for evidence-based HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Recruitment Execution

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including role alignment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support decision-making

  • Ensure candidate quality and alignment with technical and behavioral expectations

  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, pipeline quality, conversion rates)

 

2. Learning & Development Delivery

  • Support training needs analysis in partnership with business areas

  • Coordinate and execute training initiatives, workshops, and learning journeys

  • Support onboarding processes to ensure effective integration of new hires

  • Assist in the execution of performance review cycles and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

  • Monitor participation and effectiveness of training initiatives through defined metrics

  • Support administration of learning platforms (LMS), when applicable

 

3. Expatriate Support & Experience

  • Provide day-to-day support to expatriates, ensuring a smooth experience during their relocation and integration in Brazil

  • Act as a point of contact for expatriates regarding administrative and operational matters (documentation, onboarding, local processes)

  • Support HR and employees with expatriate-related needs, ensuring responsiveness and proper follow-up

  • Contribute to a structured and positive employee experience, ensuring clarity and support in key moments of the employee journey

 

4. HR Operations & Administrative Support

  • Support operational HR routines, ensuring organization and accuracy of processes

  • Manage supplier-related activities, including tracking payments and supporting invoice processing

  • Submit and control invoices in internal systems, ensuring compliance with internal procedures

  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to HR activities

  • Support the overall efficiency of HR operations through reliable execution of administrative tasks

 

5. Process Improvement & Integration

  • Identify recurring gaps from recruitment processes and connect them to development needs

  • Suggest and implement incremental improvements in HR processes

  • Ensure consistency and organization across recruitment, learning, and HR operations

  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of activities

Success Indicators

  • Timely and efficient closure of open roles

  • Quality and alignment of hired candidates

  • Effective execution of onboarding and training initiatives

  • Positive experience reported by expatriates and employees

  • Accuracy and reliability in HR operational processes

  • Contribution to continuous improvement of HR processes

Safeguarding

Technical

  • Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection, managing processes with autonomy

  • Exposure to Learning & Development processes (training coordination, onboarding, performance cycles)

  • Experience with competency-based interviews

  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting

  • Advanced English

  • Experience with ATS and/or LMS platforms is a plus

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Clear communication and ability to interact with different stakeholders

  • High level of reliability and attention to detail, especially in operational routines

  • Proactive approach with focus on execution and service mindset

  • Ownership and consistency in delivery
