<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p>The People & Recruiting Coordinator will assist the People Team with essential recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to learn about Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, employee experience, and agency operations in a fast-paced working environment.</p>
<p>This role will support new hire onboarding, employee data entry, HR documentation, recruiting workflows, scheduling, internal communications, and various People Team projects as assigned. The People & Recruiting Coordinator will help keep our processes organized, timely, and human while supporting candidates, associates, and hiring teams with care and attention to detail.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Be Working On</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a timely and organized recruiting experience by supporting hiring teams with interview logistics, candidate follow-ups, scorecard reminders, and process coordination in our Greenhouse Recruiting platform</li>
<li>Ensure new hires complete required information in workflow systems by assisting with new hire paperwork, onboarding questions, orientation preparation, and coordinating first-day logistics</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT, hiring teams, and internal partners to support hardware readiness, system access, and start-date preparation</li>
<li>Assist with employee data entry, audits, reporting updates, tracker maintenance, exit paperwork, and HR system updates</li>
<li>Support learning and development logistics, agency trainings, workshops, and calendar coordination</li>
<li>Help create and maintain process documentation, checklists, templates, FAQs, and self-service resources for recurring people processes</li>
<li>Support internal employee experience and culture engagement initiatives as needed</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline administrative work through clearer workflows, templates, trackers, automated reminders, and AI-supported process tools</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support to the People Team</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

<p><strong>How You’ll Excel In Your Role </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working within Microsoft programs</li>
<li>Detailed Oriented</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Strong Communicator</li>
<li>Interest in getting into HR/Talent Acquisition</li>
<li>Positive attitude and curiosity (you love asking questions)</li>
<li>Ability to work with associates and candidates of all levels</li>

<p data-start="4322" data-end="4429"><strong data-start="4322" data-end="4427">The hourly rate for this position is $21.98-$23.63, with an annualized equivalent of $40,000-$43,000. The pay for this role is non-negotiable.</strong></p>
<p data-start="4431" data-end="4677">Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.</p>
