This position partners closely with functional leaders on topics such as employee relations, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and change management — ensuring People strategies are proactive, data‑informed, and aligned with business goals.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic People Partnership</strong> <ul> <li>In alignment with global organizational processes, serve as a trusted advisor to North America business leaders on organizational design, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and People processes.</li> <li>Partner with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into People plans.</li> <li>Collaborate with the broader People team to ensure alignment with global People strategy.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Employee Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Lead and support employee relations matters with empathy and fairness.</li> <li>Conduct thorough case assessments and ensure timely resolution.</li> <li>Drive employee experience initiatives, including engagement actions and culture‑building.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Talent Planning &amp; Organizational Effectiveness</strong> <ul> <li>Partner with global L&amp;D and OD teams to effectively lead and support workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development.</li> <li>Partner with Talent Acquisition and North America leaders on key talent selection.</li> <li>Support North American leaders’ global development discussions and performance review processes.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Change Management &amp; Leadership Support</strong> <ul> <li>Guide leaders through organizational changes and restructures.</li> <li>Provide communication support and coaching.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>HR Analytics &amp; HRIS Insights</strong> <ul> <li>Act as a role-model on the utilization of latest HRIS data and AI, incl. coaching managers on AI-augmented decision-making</li> <li>Use HRIS data (such as Workday) to identify trends.</li> <li>Measure impact of People programs and support leaders using dashboards and reports.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>People Operations Support</strong> <ul> <li>Ensure consistent and compliant application of People policies.</li> <li>Partner with local Operations, Payroll, and Benefits teams</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring to the table:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of People Partner / HRBP or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Expertise in employee relations and complex cases.</li> <li>US market knowledge in employment legislation</li> <li>Experience using HRIS data; Workday strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and operational flex in a lean and changing environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer in return:</strong></p> <p>You’ll be supported and given the space to thrive.
