You'll help shape people priorities, influence decisions and turn ideas into action.</span> <span data-contrast="auto">You'll work with leaders who genuinely care about their people and value a trusted partner who can challenge thinking, build capability and help them make better decisions for their teams and the business.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
