<div data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As an Associate P&C Business Partner at SI-BONE, you will serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders across the organization — helping translate business strategy into people practices. You will own a broad range of business partnering responsibilities while building deep expertise in a high-growth, mission-driven medical device environment.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver P&C programs that drive organizational effectiveness, support our culture, and enable every employee to do their best work.</span></div>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;" data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">Location: Must be local to SF Bay Area and willing to be on-site in our Santa Clara offices a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)</span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun"> with the ability and willingness to be on-site on Fridays</span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun"> based on business needs</span><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun">. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">SI-BONE® is focused on helping patients in one of the most under-served, under-diagnosed, and under-treated areas in orthopedics, the sacroiliac (SI) joint. SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date. </span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of progressive P&C experience, with at least 3 years in a Generalist or equivalent advisory capacity, preferably in a startup medical device environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience across multiple HR disciplines: talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, investigations, performance management, DEI, and talent development</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Background in medical device, biotech, or other regulated industries strongly preferred</span></li>
