People & Culture Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our people agenda by driving recruitment and development initiatives. You will work closely with managers and employees, contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting business growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining recruitment, development, and employer branding while working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs and propose tailored solutions to support employee growth

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with business needs

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions

• Cooperate with external vendors (e.g. training providers, recruitment agencies)

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

• Support managers in people-related matters, providing HR guidance and best practices

• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of People & Culture processes

Requirements

• Experience in training design and delivery

• Proven experience in talent acquisition

• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1) – must have

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Good organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
