We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Purpose of role</p> <p>To support the HR Ops team by providing administrative and operational assistance in the day to day of the HR ops team in Takealot Group. The People/HRl Intern will gain exposure to hr operations, functions and systems while assisting with day-to-day People/HR activities.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p> <strong>Matric/Grade 12 certificate</strong><strong>Completed N6 in HR or any other similar qualification</strong><br> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li> <li>Strong data capturing and administration skills</li> <li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Knowledge of the applicable legislation, such as BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, etc.</li> <li>Understanding of principles and procedures for HR related functions, such as recruitment, training, benefits, labour relations, etc.</li> <li>Strong numerical and analytical skills</li> <li>Good organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information</li> </ul> <br> <p>Personal Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>High level of integrity and confidentiality</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Good communication skills (verbal and written)</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to meet deadlines</li> <li>Team player with a positive attitude</li> <li>Willingness to learn and grow</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset</li> <li>Proactive and self-motivated</li> </ul> <h3>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Filing</li> <li>Scanning documents</li> <li>HR Administration (assistance with preparation of HR documents, labour broker change forms)</li> <li>Management of the onboarding process</li> <li>Supporting the HR and business with employee queries</li> <li>HR Systems Administration (Axio, Intranet, The hub, Greenhouse)</li> <li>Payroll Administration (UI-19, Confirmation of employment, IRP5 etc)</li> <li>HR Communication (new starter emails)</li> <li>Assisting with CCMA case</li> <li>Assistance with HR Projects&nbsp;</li> </ul> <br><br> <p><strong>This is a contract position</strong></p> <p>This is a contract position as part of the Internship Programme.</p> <p><strong>High Level:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>At the Takealot Group, our<strong> </strong>Internship Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
