THE ROLE

As our company scales, maintaining an exceptional workspace environment and a seamless team experience is our top priority. We are looking for a proactive, practical, and detail-oriented People & Office Coordinator to join us for 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our Prague office, working closely with our People Operations Manager and the broader People team. This is a highly active, hands-on position where you will split your time between running office logistics and executing the administrative workflows that support our team's daily lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the Environment: Maintain a welcoming, clean, and comfortable office daily while handling day-to-day office logistics and facility requests.

  • Vendor & Supply Management: Act as the primary local point of contact for external office suppliers and services, overseeing inventory and placing regular orders for supplies, snacks, and beverages.

  • Onboarding Administration: Guide new hires through our onboarding platforms, manage their initial weeks of calendar scheduling, and coordinate necessary health and safety training setups.

  • Internal Data & Community Tracking: Keep the internal company directory meticulously up to date and track community touchpoints like team birthdays.

  • Event Support: Partner with the People Operations team to execute the planning and logistics for company events

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional fluency in English and Czech or Slovak to confidently communicate with both our international team and local vendors.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with an approachable, collaborative attitude.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for data accuracy, record-keeping, and strict confidentiality.

  • Proficiency using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).

  • A proactive, self-driven mindset—someone who naturally identifies office needs, proposes fresh ideas, and tackles challenges head-on.

  • Genuine motivation to learn the ins and outs of office operations within a thriving, fast-paced company environment.
