Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist to support leadership with HR analytics, process optimization, and training across multicultural teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in stakeholder management, and experienced in global HR processes. They will bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills to improve operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain HR reporting and KPIs.
Facilitate training sessions, including Design Thinking workshops, for diverse teams.
Manage confidential employee records and maintain CRM databases.
Detect and implement process improvements, with a focus on cost-saving measures.
Lead global projects related to automation, reporting, and compliance.
Support recruitment efforts by leveraging psychological insights during interviews.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Proven experience in HR coordination, multicultural training, and process optimization.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA).
Experience facilitating workshops, such as Design Thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (C1 level) and assertive communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools like case management systems and CRMs.
Demonstrated ability to develop cost-saving initiatives and optimize workflows.
Experience working in a global or remote environment.
