This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to help build a thoughtful, high-performing workplace.</p> <p data-start="1379" data-end="1787">You will work closely with our operations team to support recruiting coordination, candidate communications, onboarding and offboarding workflows, HR recordkeeping, office operations, vendor coordination, team events, and people-related reporting. You will also help ensure that candidates, employees, visitors, and vendors have a polished, responsive, and professional experience with Seven Research.</p> <p data-start="1789" data-end="2025">This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure across HR, recruiting, employee experience, and business operations in a fast-paced environment.</p> <h2 data-start="1305" data-end="1322">What You’ll Do</h2> <h3 data-start="1324" data-end="1374">Recruiting Coordination &amp; Candidate Experience</h3> <ul data-start="1376" data-end="1840"> <li data-start="1376" data-end="1457">Support recruiting across technical, research, engineering, and business roles.</li> <li data-start="1458" data-end="1544">Represent Seven Research at career fairs, recruiting events, and talent initiatives.</li> <li data-start="1545" data-end="1644">Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.</li> <li data-start="1645" data-end="1722">Maintain accurate candidate pipeline data in the applicant tracking system.</li> <li data-start="1723" data-end="1840">Support recruiting-related communications, including outreach materials, social media posts, and event preparation.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1842" data-end="1885">Onboarding, Offboarding &amp; HR Operations</h3> <ul data-start="1887" data-end="2449"> <li data-start="1887" data-end="2020">Support onboarding logistics, including scheduling, documentation, systems access, workspace readiness, and first-day coordination.</li> <li data-start="2021" data-end="2144">Coordinate offboarding workflows, including documentation, access removal, equipment collection, and internal checklists.</li> <li data-start="2145" data-end="2240">Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, templates, and people operations documentation.</li> <li data-start="2241" data-end="2364">Support benefits administration, compliance documentation, policy updates, HR systems maintenance, and routine reporting.</li> <li data-start="2365" data-end="2449">Handle confidential employee, candidate, and business information with discretion.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2451" data-end="2494">Office Operations &amp; Employee Experience</h3> <ul data-start="2496" data-end="2970"> <li data-start="2496" data-end="2555">Support the day-to-day operations of the New York office.</li> <li data-start="2556" data-end="2663">Manage office supplies, snacks, equipment, mail, meeting room readiness, and general office organization.</li> <li data-start="2664" data-end="2757">Coordinate with vendors, building management, service providers, and internal stakeholders.</li> <li data-start="2758" data-end="2876">Assist with logistics for internal meetings, team lunches, celebrations, recruiting events, and company programming.</li> <li data-start="2877" data-end="2970">Serve as a reliable point of contact for office-related questions, requests, and logistics.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2972" data-end="3014">People Data, Systems &amp; Process Support</h3> <ul data-start="3016" data-end="3344"> <li data-start="3016" data-end="3090">Maintain people, recruiting, onboarding, and office operations trackers.</li> <li data-start="3091" data-end="3205">Help prepare basic reports related to recruiting activity, headcount, onboarding, events, and office operations.</li> <li data-start="3206" data-end="3344">Support process documentation, checklists, templates, workflow improvements, and data quality across HR, recruiting, and office systems.</li> </ul> <h2 data-start="3346" data-end="3360">Who You Are</h2> <p data-start="3362" data-end="3620">You are highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. You enjoy creating order, following through, and making sure people have what they need. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating clearly, and keeping processes running smoothly.</p> <p data-start="3622" data-end="3831">You are energized by a role that blends people-facing work with operational execution. You are professional, discreet, service-oriented, and proactive enough to notice what needs to be done and take ownership.</p> <h2 data-start="3833" data-end="3858">What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul data-start="3860" data-end="4795"> <li data-start="3860" data-end="3998">3+ years of experience in people operations, recruiting coordination, HR, office administration, operations, events, or a related role.</li> <li data-start="3999" data-end="4064">Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.</li> <li data-start="4065" data-end="4113">Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li data-start="4114" data-end="4193">Ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, calendars, and stakeholders.</li> <li data-start="4194" data-end="4265">Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.</li> <li data-start="4266" data-end="4325">Strong follow-through and ownership from start to finish.</li> <li data-start="4326" data-end="4437">Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.</li> <li data-start="4438" data-end="4508">Comfort with spreadsheets, trackers, reporting, and structured data.</li> <li data-start="4509" data-end="4596">Interest in recruiting, HR operations, employee experience, and workplace operations.</li> <li data-start="4597" data-end="4695">Professional, polished, and responsive approach to candidates, employees, vendors, and visitors.</li> <li data-start="4696" data-end="4795">Experience with Greenhouse, HR systems, events, office logistics, or campus recruiting is a plus.</li> </ul> <h2 data-start="4797" data-end="4812">Compensation</h2> <p data-start="4814" data-end="5020" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000–$130,000, plus discretionary bonus and benefits. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.</p>
