About the role

We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you'll be a go-to resource for employees and a key operator behind the scenes — supporting everything from benefits administration and Workday (HRIS) to onboarding, compliance, and HR policy. You'll bring structure and care to the day-to-day work that keeps our people programs running smoothly, while also looking for ways to improve and automate how we work. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, strong organizational skills, and a genuine service orientation. Workday and benefits administration experience are a plus, and we'd love to hear from you if you're curious about using AI and automation to make HR better.
