Location: Hybrid working – office / remote working (US, New York office,)
The role:
The People & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day to day operational running of the US business. This role creates structure in a fast moving growth environment, partnering closely with leadership to ensure the business operates efficiently as it scales. You will work closely with the UK Operations team and wider Group functions to ensure operational consistency, strong communication and scalable ways of working across the business.
