<p><em>Personnel Administration & Onboarding</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage onboarding processes for employees and apprentices in France and internationally.</li>
<li>Prepare and track administrative documents related to arrivals, internal mobility, and departures.</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee data across HR systems.</li>
<li>Coordinate the various stages of the employee lifecycle with managers and internal stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Payroll Operations</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare variable payroll elements for France (400 employees), UK (30), Spain (15) and Germany (16), in support of the People Operations Specialists in the team.</li>
<li>In collaboration with the People Operations Specialist, manage the health insurance scheme in France and proceed with monthly checks.</li>
<li>Ensure proper follow-up of medical check-ups for France-based employees, both at arrival and throughout their journey at the company.</li>
<li>Handle administrative tracking of leaves in our HRIS.</li>
<li>Participate in annual payroll campaigns and related controls.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Employee Experience & Support</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters.</li>
<li>Support employees in managing their leave, absences, and administrative requests.</li>
<li>Ensure rigorous follow-up in line with the team's SLAs.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and service quality.</li>
</ul>

<li class="s-break-words s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night s-text-base s-leading-relaxed">Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR, Employment Law, Management, or a Business School with an HR specialization</li>
<li class="s-break-words s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night s-text-base s-leading-relaxed">A first experience in generalist HR (internship or apprenticeship) and a solid grounding in French employment law fundamentals and core HR processes</li>
<li class="s-break-words s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night s-text-base s-leading-relaxed">Prior exposure to an HRIS (BambooHR, Lucca, Personio, Workday, or equivalent) is a plus</li>
