Onboarding</em></p> <ul> <li>Manage onboarding processes for employees and apprentices in France and internationally.</li> <li>Prepare and track administrative documents related to arrivals, internal mobility, and departures.</li> <li>Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee data across HR systems.</li> <li>Coordinate the various stages of the employee lifecycle with managers and internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><em>Payroll Operations</em></p> <ul> <li>Prepare variable payroll elements for France (400 employees), UK (30), Spain (15) and Germany (16), in support of the People Operations Specialists in the team.</li> <li>In collaboration with the People Operations Specialist, manage the health insurance scheme in France and proceed with monthly checks.</li> <li>Ensure proper follow-up of medical check-ups for France-based employees, both at arrival and throughout their journey at the company.</li> <li>Handle administrative tracking of leaves in our HRIS.</li> <li>Participate in annual payroll campaigns and related controls.</li> </ul> <p><em>Employee Experience &amp;
