<p>In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers, supporting them on both day-to-day people topics and long-term priorities. </p>
<p>It’s a blend of partnering, advising, and hands-on delivery. You’ll help leaders make informed decisions, drive key People processes, and ensure initiatives are well-designed and effectively implemented.</p>
<p>Overall, you’ll act as a strategic partner to leaders, influencing People priorities and shaping approaches that support business performance in your local context.</p>

<li><point>Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance on complex people topics and supporting sound decision-making</point></li>
</ul>

<li><point>Ensure consistent and effective execution of core People processes (e.g. performance, engagement, compensation, development, DEI) across teams</point></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><point>Lead employee relations matters, balancing business needs with compliance and best practices</point></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><point>Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, with a focus on engagement, well-being, and inclusion</point> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><point>Work closely with the Managing Director and other stakeholders to deliver aligned and high-quality People solutions</point> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><point>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable, business-relevant improvements</point></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><point>Data Analytics: Use HR data to inform decisions on retention, compensation, and talent development.</point></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><point>Organizational Change: Support leaders through organizational restructuring and change management</point></li>
</ul>

<li><point>As a standalone People Partner in the local team, you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, combining strategic partnering with hands-on delivery across all core HR activities, from hiring and contracting to payroll and documentation.</point></li>

<li><point>You have demonstrated experience as a People Partner, working closely with business leaders</point></li>
<li><point>You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support at all levels</point></li>
<li><point>You have experience across core HR areas, including employee relations and performance management</point></li>
<li><point>You have a solid understanding of labour law and employee relations practices in Hungary.</point></li>
<li><point>You have the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment</point></li>
<li><point>You have strong communication skills in English and Hungarian.</point></li>

<p>We are looking for a full-time People Partner, however can consider a 30 hour contract with the right seniority level.<br><br>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
