Key Responsibilities

Performance & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Drive and coordinate the organization's performance management process, including goal
  • setting, performance reviews, calibration, and development planning.
  • Monitor performance outcomes and identify trends, opportunities, and risks across teams.
  • Partner with managers to improve team effectiveness and address performance challenges.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen a culture of accountability, ownership, and high
  • performance.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Facilitate talent review discussions and support identification of high-potential employees.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and critical positions.
  • Coordinate succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational continuity and reduce
  • talent risks.
  • Support leaders in developing talent retention and growth strategies.

Leadership Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters.
  • Coach and support managers on performance management, employee development,
  • engagement, and team effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen management capability and build high-performing teams.
  • Facilitate people-related decision-making using data and organizational insights.

Organization Development & Employee Experience

  • Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Contribute to competency framework enhancement, career development pathways, and talent
  • development programs.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.

Strategic HR Projects & Leadership Development

  • Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and organization-wide transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on policy review, people governance, and organizational
  • development priorities.
  • Gain exposure to broader HR management areas, including workforce planning, organizational
  • design, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Support the development of scalable people practices that enable future business growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational
  • Development, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, Organization Development, People
  • Development, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in at least two of the following areas: Performance Management, Talent
  • Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organization Development.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with managers and department leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive projects independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience in technology, digital, startup, consulting, or high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, or broader HR
  • management practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects or mentoring junior HR team members.
  • Aspiration to grow into a future HR leadership role.

  • Become a trusted people partner to business leaders.
  • Deliver actionable workforce and talent insights that support business decisions.
  • Contribute to strengthening leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Successfully lead or co-lead at least one strategic people initiative.
