Having started our journey in January 2018, we're incredibly proud to count around 250 employees between our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices with over 50 nationalities.</div>We're looking for a Senior People Partner to join us in Barcelona, owning the partnership with two of our most critical departments: Tech and Go-to-Market.  <h2>The role </h2> This isn't a support role. You'll be a genuine strategic partner - you're the person our CTO and CRO turn to when thinking about how to build and grow their organisations. You'll bring people strategy into the heart of the business, challenge leaders with data and insight, and help us build high-performing teams ready to take us further, faster.  You'll be part of a lean, ambitious People team that cares about craft and impact. You bring commercial instincts alongside people expertise, and you're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building as you are in a strategy conversation or working through a difficult ER case.
