About the role:

We are looking for someone who can build the people infrastructure of a high-performance company. At Centuro Global, we are scaling quickly across markets, clients, and services. With that comes complexity and the need for:

This role is about creating that foundation to help us define how we hire, develop, manage, retain and elevate talent.

What you will do:

1. Performance Management & Accountability ๐Ÿ“ˆ

  • Design and implement a clear performance framework across the business

  • Strengthen KPIs across teams (client services, sales, operations)

  • Build systems to track performance (response times, output, revenue contribution, etc.)

  • Identify underperformance early and implement structured improvement plans (PIPs)

  • Work with leadership to drive a culture of ownership and accountability

2. Culture Building (High performance, not just engagement) ๐Ÿ’ฌ

  • Define and embed a high-performance culture (speed, ownership, commercial thinking)

  • Ensure culture is reflected in behaviour, not just messaging

  • Drive alignment across teams on expectations and standards

  • Balance performance + support (challenge and development)

3. Organisational Structure & Role Clarity ๐Ÿงฉ

  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines

  • Eliminate inefficiencies, overlaps, and confusion

  • Ensure every role has clear outputs, defined success metrics

  • Support leadership in scaling teams effectively

4. Training & Development ๐Ÿ“š

  • Build structured onboarding programmes (so new hires ramp quickly)

  • Identify skill gaps across teams (communication, commercial thinking, client handling)

  • Implement targeted training (including use of AI and tools)

  • Create continuous development frameworks

5. Hiring & Talent Strategy ๐ŸŽฏ

  • Redefine hiring standards to attract future-fit, high-performance talent

  • Improve interview processes to assess thinking, commercial awareness and ownership mindset

  • Ensure we hire for capability, not just experience

6. Systems, Tools & People Operations โš™๏ธ

  • Implement and optimise HR systems (HRIS, performance tracking tools, etc.)

  • Introduce structure to workflows, feedback loops, and reporting

  • Use technology and AI to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, enhance decision-making

  • Document and embed core people policies to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistent application across teams.

7. Employee Experience (With accountability) ๐Ÿค

  • Build an environment where high performers thrive and underperformance is addressed

  • Manage employee relations, feedback, and engagement

  • Ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency across the organisation

This is a builder role and one where you are required to bring energy and performance and not just people support. You will be expected to challenge existing behaviours and introduce new structures where there is ambiguity and drive change quickly and effectively

  • Proven track record of implementing performance frameworks and systems

  • Experience working with leadership teams to drive change
