Responsibilities
- Plan, configure, and implement employee listening programs using Viva Glint;
- Manage the full survey lifecycle (planning, deployment, monitoring, and reporting);
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify engagement drivers;
- Translate complex insights into strategic recommendations for executive leadership;
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CHRO-level;
- Deliver executive presentations focused on business value;
- Support the development of data-driven action plans;
- Lead change management and organizational enablement initiatives;
- Apply people analytics frameworks to link employee experience data with business outcomes;
- Create dashboards, reports, and narratives tailored to different audiences;
- Ensure statistical rigor and data consistency;
- Promote the strategic use of Viva Glint and other Microsoft Viva solutions.

Skills and experience
Required qualifications:
- Strong experience (10+ years) in consulting, people analytics, or employee experience;
- Proven experience with engagement surveys and employee listening programs;
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and inferential data analysis;
- Ability to translate data into executive-level storytelling;
- Experience with HR metrics and organizational data analysis;
- Background in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related fields;
- Knowledge of employee experience frameworks and the employee lifecycle;
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders;
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills;
- Experience with change management and transformation initiatives;
- Advanced English required to work with global stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Viva (Glint, Insights, Copilot);
- Familiarity with survey and analytics tools;
- Experience in HR transformation projects;
- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem integrations (M365, Teams, Viva suite);
- Certifications or specialization in people analytics or change management.
