People Services Administrator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for general employment-related queries received via the HR mailbox and ticketing system 
• Maintain and update personal and employment data in our HR database (Oracle) to ensure accuracy and compliance, act as the owner of HR data integrity. 
• Manage the absence and sickness process, including monitoring and regular reporting of absence data 
• Prepare drafts of employment contracts, amendments, references, and other employment-related documents.  
• Execute onboarding and offboarding formalities, ensuring all system steps and documents uploads are completed correctly and on time 
• Assist with monthly payroll by providing accurate data and collaborating with the internal payroll team. 
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for HR-related invoices and ensure timely processing. 
• Support other business request and HR projects as necessary.

• Specialist Skills & Experience 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken C1+) 
  • Previous experience working in HR or in comparable role, ideally in an international environment 
  • Strong Office365 skills (Excel, Sharepoint, Forms) 
  • Proficiency in HR systems or similar 
  • Knowledge of Polish and/or UK/EU labour law not required but will be a great advantage
