People Success Partner (f/m/d)

For our People & Culture team at our Bremerhaven location, we are looking for a full-time People Success Partner (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities: Making a Difference Together

 

As an HR Business Partner, you will represent the People function at our Bremerhaven site and advise the local plant management team with expertise and dedication:

 

• First point of contact for employees and managers, as well as providing administrative support based on digital HR processes and tools, applying your labor law expertise
• Recruiting, retaining, and developing qualified employees, with a focus on blue-collar/workforce roles
• Acting as the key interface between plant management and the works council, including coordinating works agreements and policies
• Serving as a point of contact for all labor law matters
• Identifying optimization potential and initiating as well as supporting change processes
• Collaborating with the international HR team to implement modern solutions in all people-related matters – strategically, operationally, and in terms of labor law

 

Your Profile: What Makes You Stand Out

 

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a comparable field
• Solid experience in operational HR work, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Practical expertise in labor law and works constitution law (BetrVG)
• Independent way of working and enjoyment in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Very good English language skills for working in an international team
