Are you passionate about mental performance and personal growth? Join our small but dedicated team of performance coaches and help us create a supportive space where traders can build confidence, consistency and self-awareness. Whether you're based in Prague or living abroad and working remotely, help us expand our coaching availability for our growing client base. A background or education in psychology, coaching, or a related field is preferred.

We’re FTMO – a fast-growing Czech fintech providing a global platform that rewards traders without them risking their own capital. As our community grows, so does the need for expert support in mastering the mental side of trading.

What can you expect?

• Deliver online 1-on-1 performance coaching sessions to FTMO Traders.

• Help clients develop consistent habits, trading rules, and psychological resilience.

• Guide traders through common challenges such as drawdowns, overtrading, impulsivity, fear of loss, and self-doubt.

• Provide support with journaling, trade reflection, and accountability routines.

• Collaborate on engaging and insightful psychology-related content for our social media.

• Co-develop new mental strategies for trader growth with other coaches, staying up to date on relevant topics and trends.

• Receive support from our experienced coach when navigating complex or sensitive topics.

What do we expect from you?

• Education in psychology, coaching, counselling, or a related field.

• Fluency in English or Spanish – we have clients all around the world.

• Interest or experience in trading, investing, or finance is an advantage (you’ll be onboarded on all essential topics).

• Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic, non-judgmental, and an effective communicator.

• Ability to work autonomously, organise your own coaching sessions, and follow through proactively.

• Experience in performance psychology or decision-making under pressure.
