As a Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to ensure program compliance, support operational excellence, and provide data-driven insights that help drive growth and engagement.</p> <ul> <li>Onboard new dealer partners to the Instant Cash Offer program, ensuring a smooth and successful launch experience.</li> <li>Monitor and support dealer compliance with program requirements, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.</li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Build and maintain strong relationships with a dedicated portfolio of dealer partners</span></li> <li>Analyze program and dealer performance data, delivering insights that support business decisions and sales team initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to improve processes, drive adoption, and contribute to the ongoing success of the ICO program.</li> </ul> <h2>What you’ll bring</h2> <ul> <li>Experience working in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of dealership operations and dealer business needs.</li> <li>Knowledge of vehicle acquisition processes and the factors that influence dealer purchasing decisions.</li> <li>Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in a virtual environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies.</li> </ul> <h2>What’s in it for you</h2> <p>We understand that there is life at work and life outside of work.
