International exposure is highly desirable.  Language Skills: Fluency in French is essential, alongside business proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.    Technical Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of various digital acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) and their respective platforms.    Analytical Skills: Comfortable with numerical data and figures, with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.    Project Management: Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.    Interpersonal & Communication: Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of client service, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.  Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and a genuine aptitude for imagining and proposing innovative solutions.    Attitude: Enthusiastic, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
