About the role

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for a <strong>Performance Marketing Manager</strong> to lead and coordinate InvGate’s paid media strategy and execution. This role will own the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of all paid acquisition campaigns, working closely with our external paid media agency and internal teams (Content, Design, RevOps, and Product Marketing).</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position moves beyond campaign execution — it requires strategic thinking, performance ownership, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.</span></p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong>Paid Media Strategy &amp; Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define paid media strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Allocate and optimize budget across channels (Google, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, etc.).</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify testing opportunities (audiences, messaging, offers, channels).</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Agency Management</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as the primary point of contact with our paid media agency.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee budget allocation, performance, and optimization roadmap.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure campaigns align with business priorities and messaging strategy.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Challenge and validate agency recommendations with performance insights.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Campaign Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate the creation of landing pages in collaboration with Product Marketing, Content and Design teams.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee ad messaging and creative direction.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and funnel stages.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Performance Tracking &amp; Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, MQLs, pipeline contribution, etc.).</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build reporting dashboards and communicate insights to leadership.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Experimentation &amp;
