<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Oliv.ai is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads for B2B SaaS. This role is focused on owning the full Google Ads lifecycle: from keyword and competitor research to campaign setup, optimization, analytics, and pipeline impact.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This is not a brand marketing or strategy-only role. We need someone who can get into the account, run experiments, analyze performance, and continuously improve campaigns.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Own end-to-end Google Ads execution for Oliv.ai.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market research for B2B SaaS campaigns.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Launch and manage Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Write and test ad copy, landing page angles, and campaign messaging.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Track performance across leads, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Work closely with Sales and RevOps to understand lead quality and improve targeting.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Set up, monitor, and improve conversion tracking, GA4, and campaign reporting.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Continuously optimize campaigns through bid strategy, keyword pruning, A/B testing, and budget allocation.</span></li>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">4-8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Strong, proven expertise in Google Ads.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Must have experience marketing B2B SaaS products.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, CPL, CAC, and pipeline metrics.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Comfortable with analytics, reporting, experimentation, and optimization.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Ability to work independently and move fast in a startup environment.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.</span></li>
