the Role  We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead Pager Health's digital demand generation, marketing technology, and marketing automation strategy.  This role owns the platforms, programs, and data that power lead generation, audience engagement, and marketing performance. You'll drive acquisition through paid and digital channels, oversee our marketing automation ecosystem, and partner across Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Client Success to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact.  The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
