About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy (SEA, paid Social Media, Affiliates, etc.) aiming at driving traffic and generating revenues for our European business.
- Execution: Launch and continuously optimize campaigns (bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages, etc.) to increase their overall profitability.
- Tracking: Closely monitor campaigns performance by implementing best practices in terms of attribution and by building dashboards.
- Budget Management: Allocate our Performance Marketing budget (millions of Euros per year!) efficiently across platforms and campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3-6 years of experience in Marketing analytics or related fields such as business consulting.
- Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Experience working with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Good communication skills to present results in an informative and persuasive way to a wide range of stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).
- SQL proficiency is a plus.
