Performance Marketing Specialist

In the role of Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll support and optimize campaigns across multiple paid channels, working hands-on with setup, testing, and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to drive measurable impact and turn data into growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Meta ads, Tiktok ads)

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Assist with campaigns planning across paid channels
• Identify trends, and suggest optimization opportunities
• Coordinate creatives generation process
• Brief creatives based on performance insights and testing needs
• Monitor performance and analyze results
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards

Other Marketing Projects

• Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and launches

Your Profile

• Solid experience in digital marketing (performance, influencer etc.), or a related field (internships included)
• A solid understanding of performance marketing metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS
• A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset - you’re comfortable working with campaign setups, dashboards, and data
• Strong analytical thinking: you enjoy spotting patterns, drawing insights, and turning them into actions
• Curiosity and drive - you ask questions, test ideas, and actively look for ways to improve results
• A structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English, Czech or German would be a plus
