About the role
Join a fast-scaling e-commerce brand with strong presence across Europe and a product that’s already making waves in global markets. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity with data-driven thinking to accelerate digital growth.
Location: Warsaw (hybrid model) or remote from other regions in Poland
You’ll be in charge of:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads
- Run A/B tests on creatives, CTAs, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor key performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, customer acquisition cost, and retention
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance with tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Looker Studio
- Work cross-functionally with content, creative and product teams to align messaging and improve conversion
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2–3 years of experience in paid media or growth marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce context
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Business Center
- Ability to create clear reports and translate insights into action
- English fluency (written and spoken); Polish is a plus
