Role Summary
The Permitting & Approvals Manager manages all regulatory approvals required for project development, ensuring compliance with local regulations and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage submissions and approvals with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with municipal entities, planning authorities, and utilities.
- Track permit applications and approval timelines.
- Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Support the design team in aligning plans with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in development approvals or regulatory coordination.
- Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation.
- Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
