<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are looking for a reliable, discreet, and highly organised <strong>Personal Assistant</strong> to provide part-time support in Geneva.</p>
<p>This role is primarily focused on personal assistance, day-to-day coordination, administrative support, scheduling, and communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential matters, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</p>
<p>Experience in <strong>academic organisations, universities, research institutions, or education-related environments</strong> would be considered a strong advantage.</p>
<h3>Duties and Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support.</li>
<li>Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and personal schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, logistics, and related documentation.</li>
<li>Support with personal errands, coordination with service providers, and household or lifestyle-related tasks where needed.</li>
<li>Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence.</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.</li>
<li>Communicate with internal and external stakeholders<strong> in English and French. </strong></li>
<li>Assist with event, meeting, or visit coordination when required.</li>
<li>Support expense tracking, invoices, payments, and basic administrative follow-up.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth coordination between different parties and timely completion of tasks.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications and Experience:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a <strong>Personal Assistant</strong>, <strong>Executive Assistant</strong>, or in a similar support role.</li>
<li><strong>Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Based in Geneva or able to work regularly from Geneva. </strong></li>
<li>Strong organisational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>High level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Flexible, hands-on, and service-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general digital tools.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in an <strong>academic organisation</strong>, university, research institution, educational foundation, or similar environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with international environments and multicultural communication.</li>
<li>Experience supporting senior-level individuals or private clients.</li>
