About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support senior management with both professional and personal administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role requiring excellent organizational skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.

  • Organize meetings and follow up on action items.

  • Assist with personal errands and lifestyle management tasks.

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.

  • Support day-to-day office administration and executive activities.

  • Travel occasionally within Switzerland and internationally when required.

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English; German is an advantage.

  • Additional languages are considered a plus.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.

  • Flexible and willing to travel occasionally.

  • Valid driving license preferred.

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the aviation industry, private aviation, or business aviation is considered a strong advantage.

  • Experience working with senior executives, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals.

  • Knowledge of international travel coordination and VIP customer service.
